I DID visit their Design Gallery and enjoyed looking at their work. They offer a lot of great solutions to everyday decorating dilemmas.
I even tried out their “Style Finder”…
I filled out a quick questionnaire by clicking on the decorating photos that I liked, and it told me what my design style was. The Style Finder said I was… Coastal, Country, Romantic, and Rustic. (Sounds like “cottage-style” to me!) :)
Now I have a “Home Registry” page where I can store all of my information about my home. I can save paint colors, room sizes, and print shopping lists.
I can also create a “Quick Fix” room. I can send 3 pictures of a decorating dilemma in my home and they will solve it for FREE.
Love that!

ReplyDeleteOh my word- only one room?! Our new apartment has been provided to us by the embassy. It's huge, but the only square rooms are the bathrooms. The living/dining space is huge with rounded walls, gross wall paper, and a column stuck in an odd place. It'd be great to have some fresh ideas for arranging!

ReplyDeleteMy style was overwhelmingly traditional with a tie between coastal,rustic and tuscan for second. But I wonder if it'd be a little differnt another time because I found myself saying, "I can't see this room so well in the photo and I think I may like it...!"

Well, it appears that I am very traditional with a touch of country. I thought I would be more coastal, but I guess not!

My style results weren't a surprise. Traditional with equal amounts of Romance and Rustic.

I just made over my living room with new paint and curtains but I'm having hard time with the layout, the walls and the shelves. So I think that's the room I'd do. Thanks for the chance!
